INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE CHALLENGE 

  1. Choose the starting day of your challenge. Fill in the table reporting the dates of your 10 DAYS MIND BODY CHALLENGE
  2. Follow your new beauty routine and our wellness tips
  3. Every day tick the end of day box: another day is gone!

 

  

Day 1 | 10 minute walk

A small one outdoor running or brisk walking session, preceded by warm-up exercises and closed by a gentle stretching session. Away with toxins, away with stress. At the end of the training, drink a lot water

 

Day 2 | 100 breaths meditation

Close your eyes. Position your back against the chair and your feet firmly on the floor. Begin breathing through your nostrils and count as you go, thinking “and” for each inhale, and the number for each exhale: inhale “e” exhale “one”; inhale “and”, exhale “two”. And so on

Feel your belly lift with each inhalation and let your breaths slow as you count yourself into a greater sense of relaxation. After you reach 100, open your eyes, wiggle your toes and fingers, and bow your head in gratitude for the mental space you've created.

Day 3 | Analog rest

Spending time without being in front of a screen (including smartphones and smartwatches) is a balm for the soul: you return to living in the here and now, thus giving you the opportunity to be present. Carve out a few minutes a day in which you turn everything off and consciously dedicate yourself to yourself.

 

Day 4 | Treat yourself to a draining herbal tea

Throughout your day, sip one hot or warm herbal tea 

Choose herbal teas with ginger, rose petals, verbena, chamomile, lavender and or cinnamon. They will facilitate the digestive processes and promotes the elimination of toxins.

 

Day 5 | He walks home from work

If you have the option, choose a walking route to work. An alternative could be to use public transport to reach your location. Even a few minutes of walking is a real lifesaver for our health. In fact, walking allows you to burn calories, improves posture andbalance, has positive effects on circulation of the blood and on the activity of the heart.

 

Day 6 | Discover the power of essential oils

Have you ever had the opportunity to evaluate the power of essential oils? They are real metabolism boosters! When preparing today's meals, help yourself with metabolism-reactivating edible essential oils. Some examples? Add two drops of ginger essential oil to your recipes: speeds up the metabolism and aids digestion. The oil essential of bitter orange targets fat cells and is delicious on fish dishes, crudités and salads. I recommend: maximum 3 drops per single dish!

 

Day 7 | Meditative shower

Try turning an everyday moment like a shower into a moment of meditation. You'll see, it's easy! The goal will be to let go of all negative thoughts, taking this short time to focus on the 5 senses. A little tip: try closing your eyes. The sensations will immediately appear more vivid to you

Touch: feel the sensation of the metal on your fingertips when you turn on the tap, feel the warmth of the water running on your skin, focus on letting it drip down your back, calves and heels.

Smell: what does your shower gel smell like? Feel the difference between when you smell it inside the bottle and when you feel it on your skin. Choose a soap you love so that the scent is intoxicating. 

Hearing: What does flowing water sound like? What sensations does it give you?

Taste: try drinking a glass of water before taking a shower and immediately after. Have you ever wondered what it tastes like? 

 

Day 8 | Detox day

Today we focus on cleansing your body. We offer you many little tips from experts for fast, safe and effective purification.

 

Upon waking up, a classic: water and lemon

Nothing better than starting the day by sipping a glass of warm water with organic lemon juice. You will help cleanse the liver, stimulating the metabolism and instantly reducing abdominal swelling.

Self massage

Choose an area of your body where you feel fluid stagnation is more present.

Use your HYALURONIC Mousse by proceeding with a detoxifying massage, it will stimulate the physiological elimination of excess liquids and, at the same time, strengthen the walls of the capillaries

For this special day, let's try to opt for a low impact diet.

Let's eliminate sugar, salt, alcohol and caffeine for today

We prefer lunches and dinners made up of whole grains, seasonal organic vegetables, legumes, dried fruit and oilseeds, preferring steam cooking and seasoning with lemon juice or raw extra virgin olive oil

Sleep a lot

We end our Detox day by trying to sleep at least 8 hours a day

 

Day 9 | 30 minutes of cycling or elliptical exercise

Even a simple activity like 30 minutes on a bicycle brings a very strong psycho-physical well-being to our body. Cycling tones and strengthens the muscles, helps the microcirculation and is useful in preventing cardiovascular diseases, even in the case of people over 70. But not only that! Cycling removes stress: with its regenerating power and splendid views it helps to open the mind and chase away bad thoughts.

 

Day 10 | Rest

On the tenth day of the Challenge, perhaps the most difficult test: stopping and resting.

Talk about rest or slower pace today it is decidedly against the current. Everyone talks about haste, speed, results. So for today we ask you to stop for 30 minutes and rest. We advise you to turn off your cell phones and remove any distractions. This rest will help you achieve better balance and self-awareness throughout the day.
