Where do you ship?

We currently ship throughout Italy, including the islands.

Do you offer free shipping?

When do you ship?

Ksurgery warehouses organize and ship goods Monday through Friday. Shipping takes place within 48h of receiving your order. At that point the service passes into the hands of the SDA shipping service, which will take care of your package until delivery.

I entered the wrong address: what can I do?

We will do everything we can to help you solve this problem. Email us at info@k-surgery.com and we will be happy to help.

My package arrived damaged. What can I do about it?

In case your goods have arrived damaged please write immediately to our email info@k-surgery.com enclosing description of the problem and attaching photos showing the damage. We will guide you through the return procedures.

RETURN

What is your return policy?

You can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the goods.

To return the purchased goods it is necessary to send written communication to: Vida Srl Via G. Galilei - 56040 Lavoria – Crespina (PI). The communication can be sent, within the same deadline, via email to the address info@k-surgery.com.

In order for the return to be accepted, the goods must be intact, unused and packaged correctly, so as not to suffer damage during transport. The shipping costs for returning the products are borne by the customer. Ksurgery avails itself of the right not to accept damaged or broken goods.

I requested a refund but I don't see any credits on my IBAN. How long will it take?

Sorry it's taking so long! Consider that the refund, equivalent to the amount of the product and the original delivery costs, is received by the customer within 14 days from the moment of termination of the purchase contract.

Do your products expire?

Like all cosmetic products, our products also have an expiry date. You can find the PAO or expiration code directly on our packages.

Your products are ideal for which skin types?

Our products are formulated with the best raw materials and adapt to any skin type. Finally, you will be able to find cosmetic products suitable for treating particular blemishes: oily skin, dry skin, wrinkles, etc. If you have doubts about the most suitable products for your type of beauty, send us an email with a photo of your skin to our address info@k-surgery.com

If you want to receive information about our products for beauty centers, send us an email to our address info@k-surgery.com with your name, the name of your beauty center and your telephone number: we will contact you as soon as possible.

What are the active ingredients contained in the products?

For all questions relating to cosmetic products we recommend that you consult the relevant product page on our website. In fact, each product page contains the relevant transparent and correct INCI of the product and the description of the methods of use.

You can purchase our products on our site www.k-surgery.com or you can search for the beauty center closest to you on our store locator

Are your products safe for pregnant or breastfeeding women?

All our products are microbiologically tested. In case of pregnancy, breastfeeding or in general in case of particular hormonal changes, we recommend reading the information leaflet contained inside the box or contacting your doctor to ensure the correct suitability of the product.

If you haven't already done so, sign up for our newsletter: you will have the opportunity to receive an immediate discount code for your next purchase. Follow us on social media, we periodically offer discounts and promotions to apply to your orders.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard and Paypal payments.
